It fills the form, leaves the legal, consent and sensitive questions for you, and Copilot never submits.
Each guide below says what the agent does on that site, read from the extension’s own source on October 14, 2026. Support varies by employer and by form, because every site is customised.
The sites
- Workday: Fills and stops before Submit, in Autopilot too. It signs in with the details Chrome saved, then fills each step: My Information, work experience, education, languages, certifications and the application questions.
- Greenhouse: Autopilot may submit. It fills your contact details, résumé, location, links and the screening questions on a Greenhouse form, including forms embedded in a company’s own careers page.
- Lever: Autopilot may submit. It fills your name, contact details, résumé, links, location and the custom questions on a Lever application page.
- Ashby: Autopilot may submit. It fills your details, résumé, links and the questions on an Ashby application form, including the Yes or No buttons and the dropdowns.
- LinkedIn Easy Apply: Fills and stops before Submit, in Autopilot too. It walks the Easy Apply modal and fills each step: contact details, résumé choice and the screening questions.
- Indeed: Fills and stops before Submit, in Autopilot too. It fills the Indeed Smart Apply wizard: contact details and the screening questions, step by step, and keeps the résumé Indeed already holds for you.
Copilot and Autopilot
- Copilot is the default. It fills the application and stops so you can check it. It never submits.
- Autopilot may send an application only on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, and only after it passes the readiness check and the job is a 60% match or better.
- On Workday, LinkedIn Easy Apply and Indeed, Autopilot fills the form and stops before Submit for now.
Other sites
The extension also recognises iCIMS, Jobvite, SmartRecruiters, Oracle Cloud, UKG, Taleo and Eightfold pages for job detection and tracking. Other forms are read by the general form filler, where support varies.
