Edition of October 2026. Each page shows the years before and after, the petitioner names and how we read the postings.

Approved: H-1B approvals USCIS recorded in FY2025 (October 2024 to September 2025) under the petitioner names on each employer’s page, so each count is a minimum. Postings: US postings we read on the employer’s own job board.

How we made this.

  • The filings

USCIS publishes, for every employer, its H-1B approvals and denials each fiscal year, at first decision. We matched those employer names to the companies in our job feed and checked every match on these pages by hand.

  • The postings

Our crawler reads public job boards. An AI model read every US posting that mentions visas, citizenship, US person status or a security clearance and quoted the sentence behind each label. A will not sponsor count also needs our own pattern reader to agree. Unusual wording can still be missed.

Across 20,196 US job postings live on employer boards from October 12 to 19, 2026 (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and SmartRecruiters), 6.1% say the role won't sponsor, 0.5% say the employer does or may, and about 93% don't say either way. A posting counts only if our crawler got its text: that was about 42% of Workday postings and 12% of SmartRecruiters postings.

  • What it is not

A filing record says nothing about a given role, and this is not legal or immigration advice. When a posting says it will not sponsor, take it at its word. The employers listed are not affiliated with YouxAI and did not review these pages.

The morning email can leave out roles whose posting rules you out.
