YouxAI vs Simplify Copilot
YouxAI and Simplify Copilot, side by side.
Both fill job applications in Chrome and leave the final Submit to you in their default setup. They differ on where the AI runs, price and how many sites each names.
We make YouxAI, so read this with that in mind. Our column comes from our extension’s own source code. Each Simplify Copilot cell says what its own public page states, links that page and gives the date we read it. Where a page does not say, the cell says “Not stated”.
| What | YouxAI Apply Agent | Simplify Copilot |
|---|---|---|
| Where the AI runs | On your computer. The extension runs Gemma 4 E2B through Google’s LiteRT-LM. The model downloads once, about 2 GB, and that request carries no account or profile data. Scoring a job and drafting an answer do not go to an AI service. | Not stated for the extension. Its privacy policy says content used for AI features may be processed by Simplify and by service providers acting for it, and that the extension keeps a local copy of your profile, résumé and recent answers on your device.Source: Simplify privacy policy. | Who presses Submit | Copilot, the default, never submits: it fills the form and stops so you press Submit. Autopilot sends only an application that passes the readiness check and a 60% match, and only on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. On Workday, LinkedIn Easy Apply and Indeed it fills and stops before Submit. | Its help center says you always review everything before submitting it yourself.Source: Simplify help center: installing and setting up Copilot. | What leaves your machine | Account and profile data, saved jobs, queue records, saved answers, application history, and the match scores and short reasons the model produces may sync to our cloud database. No AI request goes to a third-party AI service. We do not sell personal information. | Its privacy policy covers the website and the browser extension. It lists name, email, phone number, date of birth, location, résumé, education and work history, skills and profile links as data it collects.Source: Simplify privacy policy. | Price | Free during beta. | The Chrome Web Store listing says it is free to use, with premium features available. Simplify+ is $19.99 for 1 week, $39.99 for 1 month or $89.99 for 3 months, and renews automatically unless canceled.Source: Simplify Copilot on the Chrome Web Store and Simplify help center: what’s included in Simplify+. | Sites it fills | Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, LinkedIn Easy Apply and Indeed, each with its own guide. Other forms go through the general form filler, where support varies. | Its llms.txt names Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, Jobvite and Taleo, plus 20+ more, and says it also works on job boards and company career pages. Its help center says Firefox support is in beta.Source: Simplify llms.txt and Simplify help center: installing and setting up Copilot. Checked on October 14, 2026. |
| What it leaves for you | Legal and compliance disclosures, consent to arbitration, sharing your résumé with third parties, interview recording and text messages, and any citizenship, work authorization or age answer your profile does not hold. | Not stated. The help center only asks you to review what Copilot added and edit it before you submit.Source: Simplify help center: installing and setting up Copilot. Checked on October 14, 2026. |
What Simplify Copilot does that we do not
- Its listing describes AI-generated résumés and cover letters and keyword gap analysis. YouxAI tunes your résumé to each posting and lists the skills a role asks for that your profile does not show, but it writes a cover letter only where a form asks for one.
- It names iCIMS, Jobvite and Taleo among the sites it fills. YouxAI recognises those for job detection and tracking and has no fill guide for them.
- Its help center lists Chrome, Safari and a Firefox beta. YouxAI is a Chrome extension.
- It has weekly, monthly and three month paid plans that unlock the same feature set.
What YouxAI does differently
- The model runs on your computer, so scoring and drafting answers do not go to an AI service.
- Autopilot exists for Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, behind a readiness check and a 60% match. Copilot never submits.
- Legal, consent and sensitive questions are held for you by rule, and the panel lists what was left.
Who should pick which
Pick Simplify Copilot if:
- You want a cover letter written for every application.
- You use Safari or Firefox, or your target employers run an ATS we have no guide for.
- You are happy with a model that runs in the vendor’s cloud.
Pick YouxAI if:
- You want the AI on your own computer.
- You want to see exactly which questions were left for you before anything is sent.
- You want Autopilot, with a readiness check and a match floor, on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby.
