Autofill Workday

How YouxAI fills a Workday application.

It signs in with the details Chrome saved, then fills each step: My Information, work experience, education, languages, certifications and the application questions. It leaves the legal, consent and sensitive questions for you, and it stops on the Review page. On Workday, Autopilot also stops before Submit for now. Copilot never submits.

You press Submit.Copilot, the default, fills the form and stops so you press Submit. The agent reads the Review page, scores it and shows "Ready to submit" or "Needs your review". You press Submit.

Where it runs

Employer career sites that run on Workday. Each employer has its own Workday site, so the forms differ from one company to the next.

How it works on Workday

  • Sign-in. Workday asks for an account on most employers. The agent opens Sign in with email and lets Chrome fill the details it has saved for that site. It never clicks Sign in with Google or Sign in with LinkedIn, and it does not create an account for you. If there is no account yet, it stops and tells you to sign in, then press Apply Now again.
  • Before it clicks anything. Before any click, it checks that the posting is still open. If the page has no Apply and says the job is closed, or lands on the employer’s job search page, the run stops with "This job is no longer open" and nothing is clicked.
  • One step at a time. Workday is a multi-step wizard that reuses one button for Save and Continue and, on the last step, for Submit. The agent tells them apart by the label, fills a step, records where each value came from, then saves and continues. It never navigates off the Review step on its own.
  • Repeating sections. Work experience, education, languages and certifications are repeating sections. The agent adds one entry at a time and shows where it is, like "Work experience 2 of 4". Workday often carries entries over from an earlier application or draft. The agent compares what is already there with your profile and records which values were carried and which it wrote.
  • Questions about earlier employment. "Have you ever worked for this company or its subsidiaries?" is answered from your work history, by comparing the company names in the question with the employers you list.
  • The Review page. On the last step the agent reads every value Workday will send and gives a readiness result with the reasons. Copilot stops there. Autopilot computes the same result and records it, then also stops before Submit, because Workday is one of the sites where the final press stays with you for now.
  • Your earlier applications. To know whether this is your first application to the employer, it reads Workday’s own My Applications list for that site. The read is read only, from the page you are already on, and it never posts anything.

What stays with you

Questions that are yours to answer stay with you: legal and compliance disclosures, consent to arbitration, sharing your résumé with third parties, interview recording and text messages, and any citizenship, work authorization or age answer your profile does not hold. A demographic question your profile does not answer takes the form’s own decline option.

Workday tenants are customised, so a form can ask something the agent does not recognise. It leaves that question for you.

Questions about Workday

  • Does YouxAI create a Workday account for me? No. It signs in to an account you already have, using the details Chrome has saved for that employer. If there is none, it stops and asks you to sign in yourself.
  • Will it submit my Workday application? No. Copilot never submits. Autopilot fills the form and stops before Submit on Workday for now, so the final press is yours.
  • Does it use Sign in with Google or LinkedIn on Workday? No. Those buttons open your own Google or LinkedIn account flow, and the agent is built never to click them.
