Autofill Indeed

How YouxAI fills an Indeed application.

It fills the Indeed Smart Apply wizard: contact details and the screening questions, step by step, and keeps the résumé Indeed already holds for you. It leaves legal, consent and sensitive questions for you, and it stops on the review page for you to check and submit. Copilot never submits.

You press Submit.Copilot, the default, fills the form and stops so you press Submit. On Indeed the agent fills and stops at the review page in Copilot and in Autopilot. You press Submit.

How it works on Indeed

  • A wizard, not one form. Smart Apply is a series of pages with Continue buttons. The agent fills a page, continues, and checks that it is not on an intervention or review page before it keeps going.
  • Résumé and cover letter. Indeed usually has your résumé on file, so the agent skips file uploads. Cover letter sections are skipped too. The agent does not write one for you here.
  • Optional questions. An optional question that is empty is skipped, to save time and avoid a model call. A required one is never skipped. A question the page or the run already answered is kept.
  • Repeated questions. Indeed can ask the same question twice in one application. The agent reuses the first answer, with the first answer’s own source, instead of asking the model twice.
  • Captchas. When a captcha you must solve is on the page, the agent pauses and waits for you, then goes on. An invisible score badge on the page does not count as a captcha. The agent never solves one.
  • The review page. On the review page the agent reads what was filled and shows the readiness result with reasons. Copilot stops there. Autopilot computes the same result and also stops, because Indeed is one of the sites where the final press stays with you for now.

What stays with you

Questions that are yours to answer stay with you: legal and compliance disclosures, consent to arbitration, sharing your résumé with third parties, interview recording and text messages, and any citizenship, work authorization or age answer your profile does not hold. A demographic question your profile does not answer takes the form’s own decline option.

  • Does YouxAI solve Indeed captchas? No. It pauses and waits for you to solve it, then continues.
  • Does it upload a different résumé on Indeed? No. It leaves file uploads alone because Indeed normally has your résumé on file.
