YouxAI vs LazyApply

YouxAI and LazyApply, side by side.

LazyApply describes applying to many jobs on its own. YouxAI fills and stops for you to submit by default. They differ most on who sends the application.

We make YouxAI, so read this with that in mind. Our column comes from our extension’s own source code. Each LazyApply cell says what its own public page states, links that page and gives the date we read it. Where a page does not say, the cell says “Not stated”.

What LazyApply does that we do not

  • It sells volume: up to 1,500 applications a day on its top plan. YouxAI does not aim at volume.
  • It lists Dice and ZipRecruiter. YouxAI has no fill guide for either.
  • Its navigation names an AI cover letter, a résumé writer and a résumé score, and its home page mentions referral emails. YouxAI has none of these today.

What YouxAI does differently

  • Copilot never submits. You press Submit unless you turn on Autopilot, and Autopilot is limited to Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby.
  • The model runs on your computer.
  • Legal, consent and sensitive questions are held for you, and the panel lists what was left.

Who should pick which

Pick LazyApply if:

  • You want applications sent at volume without checking each form first.
  • The boards you need include Dice or ZipRecruiter.
  • You want an annual plan with a stated daily application count.

Pick YouxAI if:

  • You want to check an application before it goes.
  • You want the AI on your own computer.
  • You want a free beta with no plan to pick.
