Terms of Service

YouxAI helps job seekers find, evaluate, fill, run, review, and track job applications. Features may include:

• fresh job discovery, fit analysis, repost signals, and ghost-job quality signals;
• job saving, dashboard tracking, notes, statuses, and follow-up workflows;
• LinkedIn Easy Apply agent workflows for supported searches and supported forms;
• Universal Queue workflows for supported ATS forms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and other supported portals;
• manual or guided autofill for supported job application forms;
• AI-assisted drafting, answer review, and application quality checks.

• You are responsible for every job application submitted through or with the assistance of YouxAI.
• You are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, legality, and completeness of all answers, resumes, files, and materials.
• You should review any answer, score, recommendation, or generated content before relying on it.
• YouxAI does not guarantee that an application will submit, be accepted, reach an employer, receive a response, or result in an interview or offer.

YouxAI is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Indeed, employers, recruiters, or other third-party job platforms unless explicitly stated.

• Third-party job sites and employers control their own forms, rules, availability, validation, privacy practices, and hiring decisions.
• Your use of YouxAI must comply with applicable law and any third-party terms that apply to you.
• Third-party platforms may change, block, rate-limit, reject, or fail to process workflows at any time.
• YouxAI may save or display job information, but job postings may be inaccurate, stale, reposted, closed, or unavailable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, sync, and protect information. By using YouxAI, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, browser, extension, and device.

You agree not to:

• use YouxAI for illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive activity;
• submit false, misleading, or unauthorized application information;
• spam employers, evade platform restrictions, or use YouxAI to overload third-party services;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service, models, code, or data;
• interfere with security controls, authentication, rate limits, or abuse-prevention systems;
• upload malware, secrets you do not have authority to use, or content that violates the rights of others.

• YouxAI may be offered as a beta or pre-release service, and features may change, pause, fail, or be removed.
• We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
• If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at purchase or in a separate agreement.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your resume, profile, notes, and application materials. You grant YouxAI a limited license to process, store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service, improve supported workflows, maintain security, and comply with law. YouxAI and its software, branding, design, models, workflows, and documentation remain owned by YouxAI or its licensors.

8. Disclaimers

YouxAI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

• AI-generated content, match scores, ghost-job signals, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular application.
• Browser automation and autofill may fail, fill incorrectly, or be rejected by a third-party platform.
• Security safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed, lost, or misused.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouxAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, job application outcomes, employer decisions, third-party platform actions, or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for YouxAI in the three months before the claim or $100.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse automation, fail to pay fees when applicable, or use the service in a way that could harm users, YouxAI, employers, or third-party platforms. You may stop using YouxAI at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will update the date above and provide notice where required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
