Source: Scale AI’s public Greenhouse board, US postings live October 12 to 19, 2026, from our archive snapshot of October 19, 2026. An AI model read every posting that mentions visas, citizenship, US person status or a security clearance, and quoted the sentence behind each count. A posting counts as saying the role will not sponsor only when our own pattern reader agrees. A posting can be in more than one count. Our archive keeps at most 6,000 characters of a Greenhouse or Lever posting, so one that seems to say nothing may say more further down; 96 of the postings here were cut off that way.
What this tells you, and what it does not.
A filing is a record, not a promise
It shows the employer has filed H-1B petitions before. It does not say whether a given role is open to sponsorship.
The posting comes first
When a posting says it will not sponsor, take it at its word. When it says nothing, ask the recruiter. The question usually comes up on the application form too.
Names can differ
An employer can file under more than one legal name. This page counts only the petitioner names in the table, each matched to the employer by hand, so its counts are minimums.
