Source: Natera’s public Greenhouse board, US postings live October 12 to 19, 2026, from our archive snapshot of October 19, 2026. An AI model read every posting that mentions visas, citizenship, US person status or a security clearance, and quoted the sentence behind each count. A posting counts as saying the role will not sponsor only when our own pattern reader agrees. A posting can be in more than one count. Our archive keeps at most 6,000 characters of a Greenhouse or Lever posting, so one that seems to say nothing may say more further down; 179 of the postings here were cut off that way.

What this tells you, and what it does not.

  • A filing is a record, not a promise

It shows the employer has filed H-1B petitions before. It does not say whether a given role is open to sponsorship.

  • The posting comes first

When a posting says it will not sponsor, take it at its word. When it says nothing, ask the recruiter. The question usually comes up on the application form too.

  • Names can differ

An employer can file under more than one legal name. This page counts only the petitioner names in the table, each matched to the employer by hand, so its counts are minimums.

This page reports public records and what job postings say. It is not legal or immigration advice. Natera is not affiliated with YouxAI and did not review this page.

Questions about Natera.

  • Does Natera sponsor H-1B visas?

USCIS records at least 83 H-1B approvals for Natera in FY2025 (October 2024 to September 2025), 15 of them for new employment, under the petitioner names on this page. That is a record of past filings. It does not say whether a given role is open to sponsorship, so read the posting and ask the recruiter.

  • Do Natera's job postings say whether they sponsor?

Of the 233 US postings we read on its job board from October 12 to 19, 2026, 2 say the role will not sponsor. 231 do not say whether the role is open to sponsorship.

  • Where do these numbers come from?

The USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub, with data to June 30, 2026, and our own reading of Natera's public job board. The petitioner name on this page was matched to Natera by hand. Approvals filed under any other name are not counted, so the figures are minimums.
